We made our own breakfast for once. Cereal! Brought lunch and water along on the rim walk/bus ride out to Hermit's Rest, farthest point in the Park. Started off jauntily. But the sun, heat and altitude soon are draining. You know you're hot when even your legs are pouring sweat! Still, the amazing ever-changing views kept us moving forward in awe.
